The Water Insecurity (WISE-CP) group is AAG’s first Community of Practice knowledge community for researchers working on water issues. Its mission is to foster key analytics and theoretical advances, coupled with the development of research protocols and standardized assessments, to document, benchmark, and understand the causes and outcomes of water insecurity at the household scale.
Before joining forces with AAG, this community previously operated as Household Water Insecurity Experiences (HWISE), an independent NSF-funded research community network made up of researchers working on household water issues.
