2010 AAG ANNUAL MEETING
April 14-18, 2010 –

Screen a Film
To screen a film in conjunction with the AAG 2010 Annual Meeting, complete a Film Screening Request Form and submit it to Linda Hachero via email at lhachero@conferencemangars.com. (Please do not fax the form).
Submission Deadline
January 8, 2010
- The contact person listed on the form will be notified by the AAG of the date, time and location of the event.
- All film events will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park or the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
- The AAG suggests reviewing the conference schedule prior to selecting your event date.
- Space is available from April 12-18, during non-session hours only.
- Organizers must pay the appropriate registration fee to participate in the Annual Meeting and will be invoiced $200 to cover the cost of audio/visual equipment.
