Host a Group Event

Groups interested in hosting a reception, meeting, or special event in conjuction with the AAG Annual Meeting should submit a completed Group Event Information Form to Sheri Stachowski by e-mail at sstachowski@aag.org or fax at 202-234-2744.

• Forms will be accepted until February 28, 2009; however, in order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program, forms must be received by January 15, 2009.
• Please review the conference schedule before selecting your event date.
• The contact listed on the form will be notified of the event details, including date, time, and location, by the conference manager.
• Each group is responsible for all event fees, including food, beverage, labor, audio/visual services, and decorations.
• Group events will be at the Riviera Hotel.
