Be a Conference Assistant

Due to an overwhelming response, we are no longer accepting applications.

Spend some of your time at the AAG Annual Meeting as a conference assistant and earn $8 per hour and a 50% rebate on your registration when you work for a minimum of eight hours. Limit 12 hours per assistant.

To participate:

• Register for the meeting and pay the full conference rate in advance
• Complete and submit the Conference Assistant Form

You will receive your rebate and pay for the hours worked when your time has been verified after the annual meeting. All checks will be payable in U.S. dollars and will be mailed within 4-6 weeks after the annual meeting.
