Be a Conference Assistant

NOTE: All positions for conference assistants have been filled.

Donate your time to the AAG Annual Meeting as a conference assistant and earn $8 per hour and a 50% rebate on your registration when you work for a minumum of eight hours. Limit 12 hours per assistant.

To participate:

  • Register for the meeting and pay the full conference rate in advance
  • Complete and submit the Conference Assistant Form

You will receive your rebate and pay for the hours worked when your time has been verified after the annual meeting. All checks will be payable in U.S. dollars.
