Organize a Session

Before you submit an organized session, you should:

• Review the guidelines on organized sessions.
  
  
• Register online to attend the annual meeting. You will need your AAG ID to register online. If you need an AAG ID, get one here.
  
  
• Collect each participant’s Program Identification Number (PIN). Each participant’s PIN is required. More information on PINs is listed below.

Once you are ready to submit your session:

• Log-in to the AAG site using your AAG ID.
  
  
• Click the “Submit/Edit Abstracts & Sessions for 2008 Annual Meeting” link.
  
  
• Click on the “New Session” button and follow the directions to complete the online form.

You will receive an e-mail message to confirm your session was submitted.

Program Identification Number (PIN)
Every participant in the AAG Annual Meeting will be assigned a Program Identification Number (PIN). Participants presenting a paper, illustrated paper, or interactive short paper will receive a confirmation message and PIN via e-mail only after he or she has submitted an abstract. Remember, all participants must first register to attend the annual meeting in order to submit an abstract.

Participants in panel sessions will not need to submit an abstract. Instead, those participants will need to activate their PINs by clicking the “Activate Your PIN” link after successfully registering to attend the annual meeting.
